Coloring by numbers - coded images of princesses

Coloring by numbers – coded images of princesses

The first version of the coded princesses turned out to be a bit too demanding for my older kid, so I prepared an easier version – coloring by numbers. This time there are no coordinates and the colors are marked with numbers. Just color the squares with the color that corresponds to the number in the legend next to the grid.

This version of the coded images contains 9 cards with Disney princesses: Anna, Sophie, Elena, Amber, Ariel, Merida, Elsa, Moana and Jasmine. Decoded images become the perfect pattern for hama beads creations.

Supplies

For this activity you only need printed work cards and crayons.

Optionally, hama beads with a square board will also be useful if you plan to use decoded images as templates.

The rules for decoding the image are simple. Each number in the picture has a color assigned in the legend. The squares must be filled with the color corresponding to the given number.

This is how ready-made images can look. However knowing that every child is an artist, so your kids solution may differ from the original 🙂

When finished, the decoded image can be used as a pattern for hama beads.
