I sighed over this lazy teddy bear from the moment I started learning crochet, but it seemed too difficult to me at that time (completely unjustified). To make it, it is best to use a thicker yarn to create a larger sized mascot. The lazy teddy bear can be a decoration on a child’s bed. It is perfect for this because it does nothing all day but lie around, being…lazy ;). It is also incredibly cute. We managed to take it on a holiday trip last year, so it got to participate in a beautiful photo session with sunsets on the beach. Anyway, see for yourself :). The pattern for the lazy teddy bear is free and very easy. You can choose the sweater colors according to your own preferences.

What will be needed?

- Yarn, I used YarnArt Jeans Plus in beage, cream and light green
- Hook, size 4 mm
- Safety eyes
- Fiberfill
- Yarn needle
- Scissors

Step by step pattern can be found under the link specified in previous section. Here you can see a photos from my creation process. Muzzle, head and the whole body is crocheted wihtout yarn cutting. I chose green and white colors for lazy teddy bear’s sweater, but you can change it in a way you like.
Final effect
As I mentioned at the very beginning of this post, the lazy bear was with us at the seaside during our vacation. Thanks to that, it got to participate in beautiful photos.
