Autumn is the perfect time to bring a touch of nature and color into your home! 🍁
During our workshops, we reached for acorns, acrylic markers, and a hot glue gun — and the result was a unique autumn wreath made of acorn caps. Simple, eye-catching, and full of cozy autumn vibes.
It’s a project that works beautifully at school, at home, or during family craft sessions. Everyone can add their own twist — a bit of color, a fun pattern, or even a touch of glitter! ✨

✂️ What you’ll need:
- A bunch of acorn caps (dry and clean)
- Acrylic markers or paints
- A twig wreath base in the shape of a ring
- Glue gun or strong craft glue
- Optional: ribbon, beads, or other autumn decorations
🌰 Step-by-step:
- Prepare your base — cut a ring from sturdy cardboard; this will be the foundation of your wreath.
- Paint the acorn caps — use acrylic markers or paints to give them color and personality.
- Arrange and glue — once the caps are dry, glue them around the ring, layering them slightly for depth.
- Add finishing touches — a ribbon, a bow, or a sprinkle of gold paint for that festive touch.
- Hang and admire! — your handmade autumn wreath is ready to bring warmth to any room.

Nothing gives more satisfaction than doing something yourself. I haven’t even thought about DIY as my hobby, I’ve just done different “projects” when it was needed. Sometimes it’s a disguise for the Masquerade Party in kindergarten. Another time, cutting out the pumpkin and baking the witch’s fingers for Haloween. Or simply organizing holiday souvenirs. Now I decided to share my realizations with you. Let’s go it together!
